— About Me
I help leaders maximize impact and achieve authentic, lasting success.
As a wife, mom, community servant, and leader in industry, I understand the ongoing tension between personal responsibilities and professional purpose. Whether it’s pursuing career goals, showing up for family, or navigating the complex demands of leadership, the weight can feel overwhelming. I’ve learned that these challenging moments are often where the deepest growth and transformation take place. I believe that pressure is not a barrier but an invitation. It creates space for purpose to emerge and for leadership to mature. That belief guides every part of my work.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with leaders across ministry, nonprofit, corporate, and higher education sectors, equipping them to grow both personally and professionally. Through BeQiiP and Ignite180, I’ve trained and coached thousands of individuals, helping them resolve conflict, build trust, and create healthy cultures where people and purpose thrive.
As a practitioner of Organization Development, I bring strategic insight and spiritual depth to every aspect of my work. I am the author of The Language of Leadership: A Ministry Leader’s Guide to Healthy Communication and Strategic Engagement, a practical resource designed to help leaders navigate difficult conversations and lead with emotional and spiritual intelligence. I am also pursuing a Doctorate in Business to expand the strategic support I offer to purpose-driven leaders.
At my core, I am committed to developing leaders who are spiritually grounded, emotionally whole, and strategically equipped to lead with wisdom, build with integrity, and serve with lasting impact.
